Single Christian Women Speak Podcast - Genuine People, Genuine Stories
The Single Christian Women Speak podcast is built by genuine people. These people share stories about what the Lord has done in their lives or speak about a field of expertise from which single Christian women can glean hope and encouragement. Surprisingly, to some, our guests are not limited to single women. Men, women, married, or single people hold each conversation.
Tracie Lobstein, a writer and author, is the host. She knows singles' struggles as they venture out daily alone and is passionate about the single Christian life. Find out more here.
Tracie knows it’s easy for singles to feel alone in some regions of singleness, so she created this podcast as a resource for single Christian women. In it, topics that singles are hungry for are discussed but aren’t freely spoken about within the church.
We have a variety of topics planned. Since our launch is during election season, we are first airing about Faith and Politics. In later episodes, we discuss prescription dependency, the devaluing of women, exercise, and a single Christian woman who never married shares her testimony. We cover a variety of topics with the single Christian woman in mind.
Each episode may vary in its format. While some may be more of a testimony time, others will use an interview format led by questions and answers.
Single Christian women will find a connection with many of our guests—for example, prescription dependency. When someone struggles with an addiction, she typically struggles alone. Faith & Politics: We go to the voting booth alone, and singles often don’t have anyone to discuss and research political issues with. So, they frequently lack confidence in their opinions and ideas.
As each episode is created, we hope to take some of the solitude out of singleness regarding important topics singles face.
